Is this organization only for people in the United States?

In spite of the fact that our organization was founded in the United States and maintains its headquarters there, the majority of our members are in the US, and our website and printed materials have all been written in assorted (American) English dialects, our desire to help deaf dogs has no borders. We want you to be a part of this group and help us create a single voice to help correct the global misconceptions that surround these animals.

We appreciate that currency exchange rates can sometimes make membership in the group less than attractive. We never know if our "tax-deductible" status can be applied in your country.
